CANCELLATION POLICY, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS AND LATE ARRIVALS

If your plans have changed, please, let us know as soon as possible.

The reservation can be rescheduled with 24-hours notice or canceled with 3-days notice. The reservation can only be rescheduled once and cannot be canceled after it was rescheduled. Same day reservations cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Private events can be rescheduled or canceled with 3-days notice.

Send an e-mail to bookings@escapadesescapegames.com to modify your reservation. Voicemail cancellation requests are not accepted.

Please pay attention: no rescheduling options are given for groups that show up late, fail to show up or e-mail us less than 24 hours in advance.  Same day reservations cannot be canceled, rescheduled or refunded.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Make sure you have ample time to allow for traffic and parking. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time will be decreased. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you.
